Mold Found Under Bath Tile

A little water can go a long way.  A trickle can seep under tile and wood floors.  The longer a drip continues,  the more damage as time and temperatures can cause mold to grow at excessive rates.

Mold Forms on Ceiling

A ceiling caved in from an upstairs toilet overflow, and because the leak was not dealt with quickly, mold developed causing more damage.

It only takes a small water leak, or even excess humidity, for mold to form in your Chesapeake home or business.

Baseboard Mold

This baseboard was pulled up from a utility closet that had sprung a leak and soaked the floors surrounding it.

We confirmed that moisture was behind the board and when we pulled it off, this is what we found, mold.

The mold remediation process depends on the amount of mold growth and the types of surfaces on which the mold appears. We’ll use anti-fungal and antimicrobial treatments to eliminate mold colonies and to help prevent new colonies from forming.

If you see mold, call us.
